Very friendly and polite staff in a cozy and calm atmosphere. Small menu with typical hungarian dishes that are delicious and very well balanced in flavours. We loved it and would definitely come again! Prices are very fair for good quality food in a central, touristic location!

I had the pleasure of enjoying my first meal in Budapest at Hung(a)ry?, and it was an absolute delight! The restaurant served authentic Hungarian food that was both flavorful and satisfying. The staff were incredibly cheerful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Kind of on a side street so despite the tourist crowds and Christmas market at lunchtime, they sat 9 of us immediately by moving the small tables together. Lovely atmosphere, plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Service was good- very friendly and they communicated well in English. Bathrooms upstairs- caution: spiral staircase, no handrails. Nice variety of food which was VERY good. Some in our party had local favorites, others soup, pasta with salmon— and the lemonade!!!! Delicious.
